In land-scarce urban areas, living in stratified properties has become the norm. That said, community living where common areas are shared can be a challenge for the average person, especially in Malaysia, where its people practice different faiths and cultures. For many, noise, air and waste pollution, coupled with animal infestation, is a daily occurrence with no plausible solutions in sight.

This course aims to address these issues before they escalateinto protracted litigation and impact harmonious living by imparting knowledge on the types of pollution risks, the duties and liabilities of the residents in stratified properties in these aspects, and the implementation of procedures to minimise or mitigate the risks properly.

Kebocoran antara tingkat merupakan isu berulang kedua paling biasa di dalam bangunan bertingkat di Malaysia. Namun, banyak kebocoran tidak dihiraukan dan dibiarkan berleluasa sehingga menjejaskan estetika dan struktur bangunan, menimbulkan potensi tuntutan mahkamah dan menjejaskan kewangan hartanah tersebut. Adalah penting untuk melindungi harta daripada kebocoran air.

Kursus ini akan menyelami aspek penting dalam mengenal pasti dan mengurangkan pendedahan risiko yang disebabkan oleh kebocoran di bangunan, baik secara fizikal mahupun kewangan. Peserta akan meneroka sumber kebocoran yang biasa, menilai impaknya, memahami pendedahan risiko dan membentangkan strategi berkesan untuk menutup kelemahan tersebut

  • Memahami peruntukan Akta Pengurusan Strata 2013 (SMA) dan Peraturan-Peraturan Pengurusan Strata (Penyenggaraan dan Pengurusan) 2015 yang berkaitan dengan kebocoran antara tingkat.
