Pengurusan bangunan berstrata yang berkesan memerlukan pematuhan yang ketat terhadap garis panduan peraturan, terutamanya dalam aspek kritikal seperti penyelenggaraan lif dan kerja-kerja renovasi. Kegagalan mengurus dengan baik boleh mengakibatkan risiko keselamatan, pertikaian, serta ketidakpatuhan terhadap Akta Pengurusan Strata.
