CHAI SWEE MING, TIFFANY
Founder, Chief Operation Officer (COO)
Tiffany is a seasoned professional with over a decade of management experience in the finance industry. Her transition into the property sector during the MCO period saw her lead the Building Survey Division at a prominent property management firm, where she gained hands-on expertise in strata operations and building maintenance. Recognizing the industry’s urgent need for competent and well-trained professionals, she founded The Fifth Academy PLT to address the talent gap. Under her leadership, the Academy is committed to raising the standards of property and real estate management through practical, industry-focused training.
HOW YONG KIEN SOON
Co-Founder, Chief Growth Officer (CGO)
A property enthusiast with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, Kien Soon entered the property management sector during the COVID-19 pandemic. With prior leadership roles in digital advertising and property tech; including Head of Asia at Audience2Media and Head of Sales at iProperty.com, he played a key role in major region real estate transformations. At The Fifth Academy, he drives innovation, outreach, and strategic growth to build a skilled and resilient real estate workforce.
