Tiffany is a seasoned professional with over a decade of management experience in the finance industry, where she specialized in financial planning, operations, and corporate oversight. Her transition into the property sector during the MCO period saw her lead the Building Survey Division at a prominent property management firm, where she gained hands-on expertise in strata operations and building maintenance. Recognizing the industry’s urgent need for competent and well trained professionals, she founded The Fifth Academy PLT to address the talent gap. Under her leadership, the Academy is committed to raising the standards of property and real estate management through practical, industry-focused training.
