The Fifth Academy has established whistleblowing channels for both internal and external stakeholders. This Policy serves as a transparent mechanism to encourage vigilance against any form of misconduct, irregularity, or improper behaviour that may adversely affect the interests of the Company.
Employees are encouraged to report, in good faith, any suspected fraud, misconduct, irregularities, or misdemeanours without fear of retaliation. Any employee who makes a disclosure honestly and in good faith under this whistleblowing framework will not be subject to disciplinary action, reprisal, or any form of adverse treatment.
This Policy also extends to customers, outsourced service providers, vendors, suppliers, business partners, and members of the public, providing them with a formal avenue to report any improper conduct by The Fifth Academy’s employees. Such disclosures should be made in accordance with the procedures outlined in our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. The Company assures that all information provided by whistleblowers will be treated with strict confidentiality and that whistleblowers will be protected against any form of retaliation.

Whistleblowers may complete and submit the Whistleblowing Form via email, or alternatively provide details of the alleged misconduct, to either of the following email addresses:

In cases where the disclosure involves senior management or high-ranking individuals within The Fifth Academy, the whistleblower may choose to submit the report directly to the Chief Executive Officer or the Chairman of the Board of Directors by mail, using the same “Private and Confidential” marking as described above.

All whistleblowers will be assured of the confidentiality of their identity. The Company has an independent investigation process in place to review and assess all whistleblowing reports. Investigations will be conducted in accordance with established investigation protocols, ensuring fairness, independence, and propriety throughout the process.
